Norman does such a great job of deciding when to cut, which shots to take and when to set up his teammates. He has a very good flow for the game and makes it enjoyable to watch. Incredible floater as well.

Norman is a high energy, high motor player who is a vocal leader on his team. He gives good direction on offense and facilitates movement, and calls out movement on the defensive side of the ball. He is a shifty guard with quick burst speed, making him an absolute pest of a defender. While he may be small, the boy has got a lot of heart and impacts his team in many ways.
